A Company Dedicated to Technical Transparency

We begin with a no-cost initial consultation to review your existing technical contracts,

paired with a conversation about your current IT experiences and needs.

IT Auditing

We will Audit your infrastructure and evaluate the infrastructure, systems, and contracts associated with managed service providers (MSPs) and internet service providers (ISPs). They review network configurations, security policies, performance, and compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs). We ensure that the network setup meets business needs, identifies risks, and recommends improvements. We also verify that technical contracts align with operational requirements and cost-efficiency and service quality

When we act as your IT broker, we recognize that not every project can be handled effectively by a single provider. That’s why we work with multiple companies to identify not only the most cost-effective solution but also the one most likely to achieve the best results — based on customer feedback, audits, and proven project outcomes. Over the years, we’ve refined our process for vetting the right company for each specific project.

We differ from traditional MSPs by staying involved after transition. We perform surprise audits and enforce strict standards. If an MSP fails to meet them, we migrate you at no cost to a more reliable provider and remove the failing MSP from our network of approved providers. We work with hundreds of providers so you always get the best deal.

Who We Are

We were started by a master in Managed Services with over 25 years in technology. Our team includes two young self-starters interested in technology who needed a foot in the door.

Our owner sees dedication and the pursuit of transparency as desired skills worthy of hiring and provides free training to anyone passionate about technology.

Our non-technical staff consists of a former Wall Street Executive, a Major Automotive Manufacturing Financial Director, and A Lawyer. These members make contract negotiation, and maintaining low costs possible.

Our Company is dedicated to Columbus Ohio, and the surrounding towns of the outer loop. (Go-Bucks)
